Somatic Workshop.
This experience opens up our space and sets the tone for the evening. We love hosting a variety of local and traveling facilitators and welcome any offering that supports participants in dropping into their bodies in a safe way.
What to expect:
Participants will be arriving during the workshop. Think starting the workshop with 4-6 people and ending with 20+. The workshop should be open and easy for anyone to join in at any point.
Please do not plan on the use of our audio equipment for a microphone or music. The DJ is often in their own flow, preparing for their set, and the audio crew may be making a few tweaks in the background. Please communicate any special requests in advance.
The time slot for the offering is approximately 20-25 minutes. Plan to start at 6:35 and end at 7pm.
